主要的研究领域包括:1)铁电材料(薄膜与陶瓷),侧重于材料的热释电、压电、介电及多铁等物理性质,致力于开发铁电材料在能量采集与存储、压电打印机喷头、物联网传感器(红外成像、温度、压力)等方面的应用;2)生物材料的光学、电学性能研究;3)传感器与移动互联网的系统集成。已在各类期刊发表论文30余篇,包括Advanced MaterialsNano LettersNanoscaleScientific  ReportsJournal  of Applied Physics, Journal of European Ceramics Society等主流期刊。
