Recently, the final results of 2020 Guangdong University Students Computer Design Competition were announced. 11 teams of GDUT participated in this competition, and won 2 first prizes, 1 second prize and 2 third prizes, which is the best result GDUT has got in the provincial competitions. Four projects of "Xiaoping Science and Technology Innovation Team" and "QG Studio" have advanced to the national competition.

The School of Computers of GDUT carefully prepared to participate in this competition. It takes more than one year to design and develop some of the works. In the special period of epidemic prevention and control, teachers and students of the teams held many online meetings to discuss the improvement of works, and overcome technical problems, etc.. The students apply the theoretical knowledge to practical projects, which helps improve their practical capabilities, and also reflects the ability of GDUT cultivating outstanding innovative talents.

The school of Computers will actively support students' scientific and technological innovation, continue to carefully guide the students participating in the national competition, and strive to achieve better results in the national competition.
