To accurately promote funding policies, strengthen the concept of fostering talent through financial assistance, and inspire students to strive diligently and become outstanding youth in the new era, our school conducted a special initiative entitled "Protecting Young Sprouts" – a forum on "Financial Aid for Education, Inspiring Students to Achieve Success" on May 4th in Room 227 of Engineering Building No. 3. Counselor Xie Xiaoxue and representatives of financially assisted students participated in this event.

At the beginning of the event, teachers and students watched together the inspiring short film "Potential Unleashed," where the spirit of young people fearlessly facing hardships and striving to overcome difficulties inspired everyone. Following that, the Awards and Assistance Department of the college's Student Union provided a detailed introduction to the school's financial aid policies, including scholarships, work-study programs, and national student loans. Representatives of financially assisted students, speaking from their own perspectives, shared their experiences of growing up and becoming talented individuals with the support of these financial aid policies. They also talked about their reflections on university life and expressed their deep gratitude to the country, the school, the college, and their teachers through activities such as drawing a bulletin board on fostering talent through financial assistance and posting wish notes.

Counselor Xie Xiaoxue patiently answered the questions on funding policies and academics raised by the financially assisted students, and guided them to establish self-help awareness and gratitude. She encouraged them to write a colorful chapter of their university life with a positive, optimistic, and confident youth attitude. Financial assistance is like a clear spring that nourishes the hearts of students and supports their healthy growth. "Some day I'll wind my sails and cross the ocean blue," as the poem goes, difficulties are only temporary. With grateful hearts and firm steps, the financially assisted students will strive to create their own wonderful lives!
