个人简介：
王耀东Senior Lecturer, Director of Postgraduate Studies, Sir Joseph Swan Centre for Energy Research, School of Mechanical and Systems Engineering, Newcastle University.

• Experience working on 16 research projects as Researcher, Co-investigator (Co-I) and Principal Investigator (PI) (10 multi-disciplinary and multi-institutional ); including: Miller Cycle petrol and diesel engines; Flameless Oxidation to reduce emissions; Biofuel petrol/diesel engine; Biofuel Trigeneration and Cogeneration; Thermal energy management of processing industries; Coal and biomass combustion and gasification; Energy systems such as gas turbine; thermal power plants. Renewable energy systems (wind + solar; biomass, water/hydropower); energy storage.

• 92 papers published/accepted in journals and international conference proceedings.

• Invited reviewer for 12 international journals and Section Chair for 8 different international conferences

• Collaborations with 9 universities and research institutes in China.

• Research student supervision (5 PhDs and 2 MPhils graduated; 12 ongoing).

• Teaching: Leader for 3 MSc modules; Postgraduate/undergraduate project supervision.
